Day One...

Didn't have a smoke today. Not easy. Rolled around with friend today, she is heading out to Costa Rica tomorrow and needed a friend to help with the last minute supplies. Anyway, forgot to put a new patch on, so had a bit of a craving late in the afternoon. Still haven't put a new one on, and not going to do it just before bed. Morning.
