It Aint Easy...

I managed to get through NYE without smoking but didn't manage to stay relatively sober. Oh well. It's been a rough couple days. The patches I bought are kinda crappy in that they don't want to stay attached to my body. I've tried three different places now, and each one seems to be worse than the last. On my shoulder seems to be holding up okay, we'll see in the morning. I'm really having a hard time not punching someone in the neck. So I have been doing a lot of yoga and deep breathing to ease the stress. But I have managed to make it through another day and for that I am proud of myself. I have to keep telling myself that, positive thinking ya know. So to mark this day, I think day 3, here is a picture of an angry baby.
